My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford was amazing, Karl Crosbry really listened to what me and my husband wanted, he listened to the budget and showed various cars within that. We had our 2 children with us and he included them and made the appointment really easy. Honestly, I really appreciate his help and support, he wasn’t just trying to sell us a car, he took time to understand what our needs were as a family to match us with the right cars. Other people within Oerrys were equally very nice and helpful.

My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford could have been better because on collecting my car I have no car manual or service book or locking nut, so buying a different make of car from my usual Ford I didn't have a full understanding of what controls did what. On the first Sunday after collecting the car I pushed a button by accident and could not close one of my electric windows. Being a Sunday Perry's were not open so I went to Honda who explained all the controls on the car and helped me out and explained how I had locked the windows. 2 weeks this Thursday coming I would have had the car 2 weeks, I am waiting from a call from Perry's to book my car into their workshop for the headlights to be polished as at the moment they are badly glazed and a new centre control panel in needed as the one in the car does not work.

I had a great experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford because all the staff were helpful, friendly, not pushy. Gave plenty of time to allow for decisions to be made and answered questions understandably
All was explained and presented well, and the pick up and collection was exactly as was stated at the viewing.

The staff at Perrys Aylesbury Ford were good because , they were very friendly, informative and nothing seemed too much trouble. First time I have bought a car and it's been ready for collection in 7 days. Great service all round
