My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford was cracking because living a long way from Perrys it was important to get as much information before I travelled to pick up the car. I was sent a video walk round and plenty of photos. It was the car and model I wanted so unless the car had a problem it was a definite sale. If they were closer I would go back and mention a couple of points but will now deal with my local garage.

My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford could have been better because the pre-handover jobs were not completed prior to collection. I was not called back as promised, I have had to chase up every single occasion. I’ve returned the car for work when another customer reversed into my car at the dealership. I’m still waiting for an update from Callum.
